TOGETHER We meet as a TEAM Every Friday before the Weekend and get YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED and carry out our MEN'S GROUP DISCUSSION (women always welcome too) on Mindset, Discipline, Habits, STRUGGLES, Workouts & Nutrition.

In this Tier 2 Level Program you are SET UP with New Muscle-Shocking Workouts EVERY MONTH to Ensure we NEVER PLATEAU.  PLUS* you get access to our NUTRITION Self-Guidance Package.  This Program is to: A) PREPARE YOU for the LAB Tier 1 Package.  2) PROVIDE Professional Guidance that YOU CAN APPLY YOURSELF Each Month and then bring your RESULTS & Accountability to the TEAM for POSITIVE SUPPORT & the HARD TRUTHS you NEED TO HEAR.

4 Week Program

(beginners)

This program is for fresh beginners who haven't been exercising at all for a long period of time, have just begun a new gym membership and don't know what to do, have never exercised before in their life, or have very minimal experience with weight rooms and a gym.  If that describes your lifestyle or experience level and you're ready to TAKE ACTION and awaken your path to your higher self, but you aren't ready to take on a more challenging fitness program just yet, THIS IS FOR YOU.  (You need to have access to a gym to follow this workout plan.)
