4 Week Program
This program is for fresh beginners who haven't been exercising at all for a long period of time, have just begun a new gym membership and don't know what to do, have never exercised before in their life, or have very minimal experience with weight rooms and a gym. If that describes your lifestyle or experience level and you're ready to TAKE ACTION and awaken your path to your higher self, but you aren't ready to take on a more challenging fitness program just yet, THIS IS FOR YOU.
